Sales Manager

Introduction

Working alongside the business development director, innovations director and client account management team, the Sales Manager will be responsible for sourcing, generating and securing new business leads for t-mac Technologies.

Focussing on the t-mac brand of products the market sector spans retailers, banks, councils, schools, manufacturing and OEMs worldwide.

Promoting energy management applications the Sales Manager will showcase the benefits of sub-metering, controls and software/dashboards, as well as OEM design and development work.

By working with the design engineering teams as well as the Business Development and Innovations Director, the Sales Manager is well placed to become knowledgeable about current and new technologies, how these should be applied to the market. The Sales Manager should also feed back into the company information following market research and from client/new business feedback on the system and competitor products.

The Sales Manager should maintain focus on the t-mac product now and development opportunities, peripheral systems, competitor products, market place opportunities and requirements; and should maintain a strong knowledge and research base of the energy management and BMS applications with t-mac and its peripheral systems.

Internal Communication and Reporting

Internal communication, reporting and team working is a key feature of the Sales Managers role.
