Building / Energy Controls Engineer

Introduction

A new division with t-mac Technologies Ltd, the building / energy controls engineer will be a key aspect of the client account management, new business development, t-mac technical development and t-mac support teams. Working with all divisions the building / energy controls Engineer will look to specify, support, remotely and onsite commission of all t-mac installations as required by clients, partners and t-mac Technologies.

As part of t-mac Technologies’ commitment to growth, the building / energy controls engineer is a natural progression for the business in its commitment to client relations, t-mac BMS specifications and t-mac BMS future technical developments.

Role overview

The role will be split into three clear categories as follows (i) client (ii) development and (iii) technical support. The following provides an insight into the role requirements within each category

Client work

Design development

Technical support

Key Focus

The building / energy controls engineer should maintain focus on the t-mac product now and development opportunities, peripheral systems, market place opportunities and requirements; and should maintain a strong knowledge and research base of the energy management and BMS requirements.

Internal communication and reporting

Internal communication and reporting is a key feature of the building / energy controls engineer’s role.
