MACHINE CONDITION MONITORING DASHBOARD

The Machine Monitoring Dashboard is designed to enable live machine conditions to be monitored throughout its operation.

Each machine is clearly represented on the dashboard in the position it is in on site. The status of the machine is visually shown using colour indicators. In the event of a machine beginning to fail or a failure actually occurring the user is alerted by a change in the status colour.

A detailed breakdown of the live readings from the machine can be viewed by clicking on the dashboard, showing if any sensors have detected abnormal readings.

In some cases costly parts are replaced on a machine at regular intervals to prevent failure. This dashboard can remove the need for this and allow targeted repairs and maintenance to take place only when and where it is needed.
